As a new patient, what is the best way to begin using cannabis?
Please come into the dispensary so that we can discuss with you and decide a strategy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash at all Liberty Cannabis locations. In some states, we are able to accept debit cards and other forms of payment. But we keep an ATM on site to make it easier for you to pay with cash. Although many states have legalized cannabis, it is technically illegal under federal law, which limits our card processing options for our customers.
How can I order cannabis if I’m picking it up for someone else?
If you are a caregiver, please add the following information in the notes section at checkout: 'Caregiver: [name of patient].'
I can’t log in to my account.
There may be several reasons you can’t log in to Liberty Wallet. Have you created an account directly within the app? Liberty Wallet is completely separate from other accounts you may have created on the website or in store. If they have not created an account within the app, you will not be able to log in.
If you have created a separate Liberty Wallet account and you can’t log in, double check the email you used. You should have received an activation email to confirm your email address—you need to do this before you log in for the first time. Check your spam and junk folders to make sure it didn’t go there accidentally.
My SpringBig credits are not showing up in app.
I am unable to connect to my bank.
I am receiving the error message: “We are unable to connect that bank at this time.”
I keep getting the error message: “There was a problem with your account, please contact Liberty.”
My order history is blank.
I did not receive credits on my recent purchase.
Credits can take up to 24 hours to appear in your wallet.
If it has been more than 24 hours, check that the email address used for your Wallet account matches the email address in our in-store point-of-sale system. If it is different, your Wellness Guide or Liberty staff member can update your email address with the one you used for Liberty Wallet. Within 24 hours, your credits should populate.
If it has been more than 24 hours and the email address is correct, your account may be locked due to a rejected transfer. This would cause the balance in your wallet to be negative. Rewards can not be applied to a negative balance. Once you have transferred funds and the account balance is above $0, you can start receiving credits again.
There seems to be something wrong with the app on my phone. I’m not seeing all the features.
If something is missing in the app or if the user interface is unusable, uninstall and then re-download the latest version of Liberty Wallet. This will resolve most issues.
If the issue persists, a Liberty staff member will file a support ticket on your behalf to further investigate the issue. They will need the following information:
Liberty is proud to offer 20% off for Veterans, 10% off for Senior Citizens (60+), and 10% off for Industry Employees. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Note: Price shown does not reflect any price adjustments, tiered pricing, or discounts/promotions that may be applied at the time of pickup.
How do I know which type of cannabis to buy?
Our friendly wellness guides can help you find the right strain and delivery method. Cannabis comes in various strains that have different effects. Sativa strains tends to produce a more energizing experience whereas indica strains are more relaxing throughout the body. Cannabis comes in all forms including the traditional flower alone or pre-rolled, infused into edibles, as concentrates, or in other formulations.
What is THCa?
Unlike THC, THCa is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in raw and live cannabis. As the plant dries, THCa slowly converts to THC. Heat expedites this conversion in a process known as decarboxylation.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
We can only return defective products within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit. We cannot return products based on preference.
